KatzeGuests is a program for recording and managing visitors to a company/organisation.

- Logs visitors to an organisation or company
- Record name of visitor, company, reason for visit and host’s name
- Visitors are issued temporary ID badges, which can be used in access control
- Take a picture of visitors with a networked camera
- Read visitors chipped ID card with IC card reader
- Generate and print visitor passes
- Generate and print visitor reports by various criteria: visitor by name, company, host etc.
- Report of currently present visitors
- Export visitor data to Excel
