The SL-22 is a module with two voltage-free relay channels, which serve as an addition to access control systems.
The role of the SL-22 is to prolong the short pulses from access control devices (for opening locks) to indefinite relay states.
- If we connect the output signal from an access controller to the T-input of the SL-22, we can allow continuous access to a room with a single clocking. The next clocking on the same reader will lock the room. Each clocking toggles the output state driving the lock.
- If we connect one output signal from an access controller to the S-input and another output to the R-input of the SL-22, we can use one access control reader to permanently keep a lock open and another to lock it again.
Features
- The SL-22 is a module with two voltage-free relay channels, which serve as an addition to access control systems.
- The role of the SL-22 is to prolong the short pulses from access control devices (for opening locks) to indefinite relay states.
- Each relay channel has two voltage-free toggle inputs and a set and a reset input.
- The relay channels are double i.e. there are two separate relays outputs with C, NO and NC connections, per channel.
- The device has its own power supply and a 7Ah sealed lead-acid battery with a charging and deep-discharge protection circuit.
- The SL-22 has voltage-free outputs for monitoring the presence of supply voltage (220V) and battery voltage.
